Lens & Light Studio provides product photography services for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers, including studio-based product intake and production in Rogatec. The exact scope of work is confirmed only after review of the inquiry, product count, style references, shot list, and delivery plan.
Quotes are prepared on a project basis and may depend on SKU count, setups, and intended use. A booking deposit may be required before production begins, and accepted payment methods are limited to the methods made available at the time of booking.
Products are accepted only by scheduled drop-off or confirmed courier delivery. Any return of products, image selection, approval, or file delivery process is handled according to the agreed project scope and may require client cooperation before completion.
All photographs, previews, edited files, and related materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless a different license or written transfer is expressly agreed. No RAW files, rejected frames, or unused captures are included by default, and no broader usage rights are granted than those stated in the project terms.
Lens & Light Studio uses reasonable care in production and editing, but does not guarantee an exact recreation of reference images, colors, reflections, textures, proportions, or backgrounds from another production. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses caused by proven fault and does not extend to indirect or consequential loss.
Primary clause record
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Slovenia, and any dispute should first be raised in good faith with Lens & Light Studio. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts or other forum required by applicable law.
